I'm dreaming of a bigger studio!

Well, after some time away from my itty bitty studio, I have decided that what I really need is a way bigger space! So, I am looking at options and may even rent some warehouse space. Lately I 've been using some lacquer and other materials that are rather toxic and even with the studio door closed and lots of ventilation the fumes permeate through the house. Not good!
