This is a small painting I did back in the summer of 2006. I covered the canvas with torn tissue paper, then painted. The colors don't show up as vibrantly here as in the real world.
It's the Victoria Day long weekend here in Canada. For a lot of people, it's their first opportunity of the year to go camping. As for me, my camping days are over- my idea of " roughing it" is when room service ends at midnight. How uncivilized!
